Each entrant is limited to 2 entries per subcategory.

After creating your account and adding your entries to the system, you must pay your entry fee(s). Accepted payment methods are:

Entry Acceptance Rules

Packaging Details

For each entry please provide:

3 x bottles (330ml to 750ml) are accepted. 330ml preferred as it reduces waste and space.

3 bottles are required: 1 for judging, 1 as backup, and 1 for best of show if required.

Once you’ve done your online registration, paid, and added your entries, please print and attach the labels to the bottle with clear tape. Please make sure the quality of the printed label is legible. If we can't read your entry, we can't submit it. Drop off locations will not provide tape or other consumables for preparing your entries.

NO OTHER LABLES/ IDENTIFIABLE MARKINGS ON YOUR BOTTLES OR THE ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED WITHOUT REFUND

Your entries are submitted without your name on the label (annonymous entries), don't alter or add anything to the label. Print - Affix.

Please pay attention to the notes provided for each drop-off location. There could be earlier deadlines for some drop-off locations listed, particular hours when entries are accepted, certain individuals to leave your entries with, etc. All entrants are responsible for reading the information provided by the organizers for each drop-off location.

Shipping Info

Packing and Shipping

If you are shipping your entries, carefully pack your entries in a sturdy box. Line the inside of your carton with a plastic trash bag. Partition and pack each bottle with adequate packaging material. Please do not over pack!

Write clearly: Fragile. This Side Up. on the package. Please only use bubble wrap as your packing material.

Enclose each of your bottle labels in a small zip-top bag before attaching to their respective bottles. This way it makes it possible for the organizer to identify specifically which entry has broken if there is damage during shipment.

Every reasonable effort will be made to contact entrants whose bottles have broken to make arrangements for sending replacement bottles.

Circuit Qualification

Finishing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, in any AABC subcatgory in this years  WASABC 2018 will qualify for the Australian Amateur Brewing Competition October 25th, 2018. If you qualify, 1 bottle is required to be submitted to the AABC.
